Progressive Health of Fayette has received a state license to operate the closed La Grange hospital.
Progressive Health of Fayette has received a state license to operate the hospital in La Grange. The facility closed in 2023.
The hospital has also passed inspections for its Emergency Department and Rural Health Clinic. It has also received approval for designation as a Rural Emergency Hospital (REH).
