A 33-year-old man died Wednesday night after a vehicle he was working on fell on him at a home, according to San Antonio police.

The incident happened shortly before 9 p.m. near West Kings Highway and Fredericksburg Road. Police said a jack collapsed, causing the vehicle to fall on the man's head.

The investigation is ongoing.
