Election Day is underway in Taylor County, which has 20 polling locations. The sites will be open until 7 p.m.
Taylor County Elections Administrator Daniel Murray said voters who are in line at a polling location by 7 p.m. should stay in line. He said they will still be able to vote.
The locations are spread across Abilene, Buffalo Gap, Lawn, Merkel, Tuscola and Tye. They include Abilene City Hall, the Tye Community Center, the Recreation Center at Sears Park and Zion Lutheran Church in Abilene. Several churches are also polling sites.
