The Tacos of Texas podcast will hold a live taping titled "Migas Madness" on Nov. 15 at KUT & KUTX Studios in Austin, according to KUT. Host Mando Rayo will discuss migas and their place in Tex-Mex culture. Guests and judges include Arnie-Tex, Taylor of The Austin Eater and Amanda of Austin Food Adventures.
The event will name two winners: a Judges' Award and a People's Choice Award. The People's Choice winner will be chosen by community voting on United Tacos of America's Instagram before the event.
The afternoon will also include migas, a queso bar, adult beverages and a CDMX cumbia set by Gran Moreno.
