The La Marque City Council has reached a compromise on how residents may take part in meetings over Zoom, according to the Galveston County Daily News.

Under the new arrangement, public comments at the beginning of council meetings will be limited to items listed on the agenda. Residents who want to comment on other matters will have to wait until the end of the meeting.
