The Rockwall County Veterans Memorial Foundation will dedicate its new Veterans Memorial Brick Garden during a ceremony on Nov. 11. The dedication will be part of the community's Veterans Day observance.
The memorial is meant as a lasting tribute to military veterans and their service to the country. The brick garden gives residents a place to remember local veterans and reflect on the sacrifices of those who served.
The foundation said its mission is to preserve the legacy of veterans and help future generations understand their contributions.
