The Ector County Coliseum in Odessa has announced its November lineup of entertainment, holiday shopping, live sports and special events. The venue said the month also includes bull riding, a Tejano celebration and live professional wrestling.
The Junior League of Odessa's 43rd Annual Merry Marketplace runs November 5 to 8 at the Coliseum. A Premier Shopping Party is set for November 5 from 6 to 9 p.m., and Breakfast with Santa is set for November 7 from 9 a.m. to noon. Tickets for the marketplace are sold through etix.
On November 8, JM6 Ranch will host a Barock Pinto Inspection that includes Friesians, Baroque Pintos and other horse breeds. Admission is free for spectators, and the public may watch at no cost.
The Odessa Jackalopes will play Amarillo in a two-game hockey series on November 13 and 14. The Boss Moms Market, titled Christmas in November, is set for November 14 and 15 in Coliseum Building G, with free admission. The Coliseum said community members can buy tickets in advance for select events.
