The City of Brownwood said City Hall, the Landfill and Recycling Center, and other non-emergency facilities will close Wednesday, November 11. Regular hours will resume Thursday, November 12.
Curbside trash routes will be collected as usual this week. The city asked residents to have their carts out by 7 a.m. to ensure pickup. Questions about trash service can be directed to 325-643-4200.
Emergency services for water line breaks and sewer backups remain available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 325-646-6000. Questions about the Landfill can be sent to 325-646-6574, and questions about the Recycling Center to 325-641-8832.
