The second Mercado Festival is bringing about 100 vendors from Mexico to Laredo. Visitors can look at Mexican food, snacks, handmade crafts and leather goods.
According to the report, the festival is also a chance to shop for holiday gifts and see foods and traditions from across the border.
The festival continues through Sunday, Nov. 8, at the Casa Blanca Ballroom on Highway 59. It is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Admission and parking are free.
