The Ellen Noël Art Museum will hold a free Día de los Muertos Community Art Day on Sunday, November 1, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. The museum described it as its biggest event of the year and said it is family-friendly.
From 1:30 to 3 p.m., the event will feature a pop-up ofrenda exhibition by students of Compass Academy, the Churros & More food truck, and hands-on art activities for all ages with other community partners.
From 3 to 3:30 p.m., Mariachi Armonía will perform. Yolia Ballet Folklórico will follow from 3:30 to 4 p.m. The museum thanked The Garriga Law Firm for sponsoring the event.
