FBI Houston said Samuel Everrett Williams was arrested at his home in connection with a robbery on Oct. 23 at the PNC Bank in the 14000 block of Cypress Rosehill. Officials said Williams was out on parole for a 2012 bank robbery conviction.

Harris County Constable Precinct 4 deputies had been investigating an aggravated robbery at the scene, according to the report.

Law enforcement said Williams was booked into the Harris County Jail.
