The Rains County Commissioners Court also discussed a tractor lease and approved automatic doors for two county buildings.
The Rains County Commissioners Court appointed a temporary Justice of the Peace at its regular meeting on Thursday, October 22.
At the same meeting, the court discussed leasing a tractor with a boom mower. It also approved installing automatic doors at the library and the courthouse annex.
