Woodside Health, a private equity firm that invests in healthcare real estate, acquired The Hills Medical Portfolio in West Lake Hills in November.
The portfolio includes two two-story buildings along Bee Cave Road, at 4613 and 4701 Bee Cave Road. The properties house specialty practices in plastic surgery, rheumatology, eye care, behavioral health, dermatology and periodontal care. Ben Barr, principal at Woodside Health, said the company looks forward to working with the providers at the two buildings and supporting their continued success.
