Charlie, a 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel and Corgi mix, needs an adoptive home. The Odessa American said he is shy and has been fully vetted.
The story said Charlie would do best in a quiet, calm home where he can come out of his shell at his own pace. A home without men would be preferred to help him adjust to his new family.
