The Natalia Mustangs lost to the Hondo Owls 42-0 on Friday.

Head coach Jason Reynolds credited Hondo, saying the Owls were well coached and played hard for four quarters. Reynolds said the Mustangs made a few big plays but could not finish them with touchdowns. He said the team needs to turn those plays into points when it plays Poteet this week.

Reynolds also named areas where the team needs to improve.
