The project in the Medical Center includes a hotel as its first phase.
Methodist Healthcare Ministries has broken ground on a 16-acre mixed-use housing and nature park development in the Medical Center. The team behind the project held the groundbreaking on Friday.
The first phase of the project will include a hotel with more than 250 rooms. It will be a dual-branded property, combining Home2Suites and Hilton Garden Inn.
