A hospital district race has drawn a candidate questionnaire on taxes, funding and healthcare, but not every candidate has responded. Incumbent Stephen Antwi did not receive a questionnaire, according to the report. His public email address on his candidate application was redacted.
District administrator David Podlin said he would ask Antwi to contact the newspaper. As of press time, Antwi had not contacted it.
Challenger Donald Batiste confirmed by phone that he received the questionnaire. He had not returned it as of press time.
