Vice President JD Vance made a campaign stop in Weatherford on Thursday. He rallied Republicans and urged supporters to turn out for Tuesday's election.

The visit came with one day left in early voting and less than a week before Election Day. Local officials believe it was the first visit to Weatherford by a sitting vice president.

The stop brought national attention to Parker County during the final stretch of the election.
