Early voting for the midterm elections ends Friday, Oct. 30. Polls at all early voting locations will be open until 7 p.m. that day. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3, when polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Voters in Burnet and Llano counties have races on the ballot. In Llano County, the only contested race is for Precinct 4 commissioner. Other races there were either uncontested or effectively decided in the March 2026 Llano County Republican primary, because no Democrats filed to challenge them.
In Burnet County, early voting sites include the AgriLife Extension office in Burnet, the Bertram Community Center, the Granite Shoals Community Center and Texas Tech University at Highland Lakes in Marble Falls. Election Day polling places are listed on the county's website, along with sample ballots and election dates. Information on acceptable forms of identification for voting in Texas is also available online.
