A man with an active Georgia warrant, described by law enforcement as extremely dangerous, was arrested in El Paso.
El Paso County Constable's Office, Precinct 3, arrested Fernando Ortega in El Paso on Thursday, Nov. 5. Ortega had an active warrant out of Georgia.
