Rain is forecast to come and go Saturday, Halloween, with spotty afternoon storms and isolated showers possible around trick-or-treat time. Most models show rain tapering off through the evening, so many areas are expected to be rain-free, the forecast said.

Skies are expected to be drier on Sunday and Monday. Humidity is forecast to rise, with afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s and passing clouds likely.

Storms are expected Tuesday, Election Day, as a cold front moves through the area. The forecast said the front could bring widespread heavy rain, strong winds and hail. Behind the front, cooler morning temperatures are expected Wednesday and Thursday.
