PUCCI Café & Pet Boutique, a dog-friendly café and retail shop at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch in Katy, has closed after four years. Owners Maria and Bobby Davidson announced that the final day was Oct. 31. They said they chose not to renew the lease at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd. The Davidsons did not give a specific reason and did not say whether they plan to open another physical location.
PUCCI opened in September 2022 as a café where customers could drink coffee, shop for upscale pet products and spend time with their dogs. The business had a blue-lit interior and an outdoor patio, and it served as a gathering spot for dog owners.
The owners said PUCCI will remain a Katy-based business. Its boutique merchandise is moving to a nearby fulfillment location, so customers can keep buying pet products through the company's website with mail delivery. The announcement encouraged customers to use any remaining loyalty points or gift cards before the closing. The owners said those balances can only be redeemed at the physical store.
