Colliers has added more than 1.2 million square feet to its El Paso property management portfolio. The additions include Las Palmas Marketplace, a 551,000-square-foot shopping center at Interstate 10 and George Dieter, and nine industrial buildings totaling about 690,000 square feet near the Zaragoza Port of Entry.

Julie Baldridge, vice president of property management for Colliers New Mexico-El Paso, said the addition is another step in the company's growth across the region. Las Palmas Marketplace was developed by Artemio De La Vega in the late 1990s and early 2000s and was sold to an investment fund managed by Blackstone Group in 2016.

According to Colliers' most recent industrial market report, the El Paso-Santa Teresa industrial market had strong leasing activity in the first half of 2026, with about 3 million square feet of net absorption. Colliers said the figures show continued demand, largely tied to manufacturing in Juárez, despite uncertainty around USMCA trade policy.
