The Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet Nov. 10. The agenda lists two variance requests for carports, and the board may take action on each after a public hearing.
At 204 Quail Run, the request is for a variance of 1 foot into the 5-foot side yard setback. The applicant said gutters will be added.
At 3510 1st Street, the request is for a variance of 25 feet into the 25-foot front yard setback and 5 feet into the 5-foot side yard setback. The applicant said gutters will also be added to this carport.
