Three people were hurt when a pickup truck and a train collided in Jim Hogg County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The collision happened shortly before 11:30 a.m. Saturday on Highway 359 near Reyna Ranch Road, DPS said. All three people were taken to Jim Hogg Airport to wait for an airlift for medical care.

No deaths have been reported. The road remains open.
