More than 220,000 eligible voters in El Paso County cast ballots in the 2026 midterm elections, according to the El Paso County Elections Department. The department said that number is higher than turnout in previous midterm elections.

As of Wednesday, Nov. 4, the midterm results posted on the department's website are unofficial.
