The Rusk County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help locating a Ditch Witch JT2020 boring machine that was reported stolen from a location on Farm-to-Market Road 782. According to the sheriff's office, the machine had been near the city limits before it was removed without the owner's permission.
The sheriff's office said the theft reportedly happened sometime during the three weeks before the report was made. No exact date of removal was provided. The information released did not include a serial number, a description of identifying markings or an estimated value.
