County Judge Joel Hale has rescinded the outdoor burn ban that the county had adopted in late October.
Rusk County Judge Joel Hale rescinded the county's outdoor burn ban, effective Tuesday, Nov. 3.
The Rusk County Commissioners Court adopted the ban on Oct. 27. In the order lifting it, Hale determined that the conditions that required the ban no longer existed.
The rescission ends the outdoor burning restriction set by that earlier order.
