TXU Energy Aid marked its 40th anniversary with a celebration alongside partners at the Howard County Resource Center. Pictured were Virginia Natividad, administration assistant; Diana R. Martinez, executive director; Kim Campbell, senior manager of customer advocacy; and Celia Redding, board member.
As part of the event, TXU Energy donated window units to the Resource Center. The story said the units will serve the community as temperatures reach over 100.
People who want more information can call the center at 263-2673 or visit it at 110 N.W. 8th Street.
