All northbound traffic at the intersection of Walton Road and Loop 323 in Tyler was shut down after a two-vehicle crash, according to the Tyler Police Department.
The Tyler Police Department said the crash happened in the intersection at around 1:41 p.m. and that emergency personnel were on the scene.
