The City of Sealy health inspector inspected Los Cabos, located at 6027 Farm-to-Market 3538, for food preparation, kitchen cleanliness and sanitary conditions. The restaurant received a grade of 94 on Oct. 1, according to the city's notice published Oct. 28.
The inspector noted that table lids must be kept closed to keep food at the correct temperature. The inspector also said soda nozzles must be soaked every night.
