The Henderson Lions beat the Bullard Panthers 59-28. Michael Russell and Jayden Bishop each rushed for three touchdowns. With the win, Henderson improved to 5-3 overall and 4-1 in district play.
Harold Jordan led Henderson's ground game with 101 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. Bishop added 85 yards on 13 attempts, and Russell gained 69 yards on eight carries. Blake Meeks completed 15 of 19 passes for 155 yards, and Brailon Walker led the receivers with eight catches for 101 yards.
Bullard quarterback Micah Skaggs accounted for all four Panthers touchdowns, throwing for two and rushing for two more. He completed 6 of 12 passes for 160 yards and gained 71 yards on the ground. Trace Reagan had two catches for 108 yards. Peyton Stanley and Gavin Skaggs each caught a touchdown pass. The loss left Bullard at 1-7 overall and 0-5 in district play.
