A Texas city's effort to charge more than $2 million for public records about its Flock cameras has become a point of debate over how such cameras are used, according to Ayden Runnels, a reporter for The Texas Tribune. Runnels discussed the issue in a segment on Houston Public Media's "The Commuter Cut."
The segment, published October 27, 2026, also included an interview with Rice University's Baker Institute economist John Diamond about the U.S. economy and a conversation with Houston City Councilmember Edward Pollard.
