La Fiesta Bakery in Odessa celebrated its 62nd anniversary this week. The bakery first opened in 1964, and its recipes have been passed down through generations.
Owner Jesse Arredondo, the grandson of the original owner, said the bakery's legacy is more than a date on the calendar. He said community support has continued and that the bakery's years of experience set it apart.
La Fiesta Bakery plans to continue the family tradition for years to come.
