Construction is underway on a new three-mile service road along the 183A toll road in Williamson County. The free road runs from Avery Ranch Boulevard to SH 29 in Liberty Hill.

The project is meant to serve growing development in the region, according to the report. A shared-use path is being built alongside the road.

Work began last July and is scheduled to finish in 2029.
