The Lavaca County Sheriff's Office has announced three promotions within its ranks. The office named Austin Hannah as sergeant and listed Noe Miranda and Samantha Soloya as corporals.
Sheriff Steven Greenwell announced the promotions. According to the office, the promotions recognize the professional development and dedication of the officers. Greenwell pointed to the officers' extensive background and experience in serving residents of Lavaca County.
Hannah was promoted to sergeant after serving as a deputy.
