A man accused of killing a 19-year-old he did not know in Texarkana, Texas, allegedly was angry about losing $2,000 in a dice game.
A man accused of murdering a 19-year-old he had never met is facing charges in the Beverly neighborhood of Texarkana, Texas. The shooting happened last week.
The suspect is identified as Willie Terrell Fobbs, 32, also known as "Chicago." He was allegedly upset because he had lost $2,000 in a dice game.
Ravyn Ciara Betts, 28, is accused of driving Fobbs around on the night of the shooting.
